I went there tonight, Mon April, at 8:45pm. It says they're open online and on the door til 10p The employee locked the door and turned off the open sign as I was walking up. I'll definitely be going to a different location from now on.
They are subway and spend marketing dollars to print and mail coupons but refuse to take them. Guy is very rude.
There is a national sub deal today where you should be able to get a new menu item for free. We got there at 10 as the promotion said and both the worker and her manager she called had no idea what I wqs referring to even though I could show it to her on my phone. Very disappointed after waiting there for 30 minutes.
