Subway

I went in to pick up an online order that should have been ready by 11:49. I showed up to pick up the order, went to the the pick up counter, was not ready. I was not acknowledged as I stood there, I finally had to ask about the order only to be told it was being worked on. That ended up being a lie. As 4 more customers were being assisted the order was still not being prepared. Finally the young lady who was doing whatever in the back came to help the two young men who were struggling. She asked what I needed, I explained I was waiting on an online order which should have been done and again I was told they were working on it, which they weren’t. I explained I had been waiting almost 20 min for this order and all she kept repeating was “were short staffed, you’ll have to wait, customers in line are first”… I was very upset as an online order is a customer as well. I then asked for her name she refused! I asked for the manager, she said she was. I explained I would be calling

Excellent customer service. Very sweet people and clean atmosphere.

Bread was a little stale, but, not horrible. Rest of sandwich was good. Service was good. Would recommend.
