Very pleased to write an EXCELLENT review for this location, as I have had several very poor experiences in the past. There is a VERY sharp contrast between the possible customer experience depending on WHO is working! Rather than use any energy to talk about the "others" - I would like to say that Warren has been exceptionally good every time (now 3) that I have been in when he is working. Customer service from him and his sidekick Ricky was excellent today. Pleasant, with a sense of urgency and customer appreciation! The subs were superb and my wife, son and I are all smiling! Hopefully the big bosses catch on to the obvious trend here and this location continues to have these kind of results. Thank you for the nice experience today again fellas- it is greatly appreciated and we will be back because of your good work!

Had some super weird experiences here. Terrible service they are so slow and confused it's comical. I've worked at subway w 16 year olds who would run circles around these guys. They are "rinsing" the knives on the line in a pan of water which is disgusting. Not sanitary at all.

The general manager of this store has no business managing a store at all. When I called to inqire if there had been a change to the menu which meant no longer heating the chicken and bacon, my friend and I were called liars. When I tried to explain I had been unhappy with this particular location's service for a few years, she started talking over me like a 5 year old, saying "la la la la", and then called me a disrespectful b****. I never dispected anyone, I was simply asking why my chicken sandwich was cold. Dear francise owner: You need to fire this woman and hire a new manager. She has been running this location into the ground for years. She doesn't train anyone properly and the last dozen sandwiches I ordered here were botched in one way or another. When people have legitimate concerns that their sandwich wasn't made properly, the manager verbally attacks them.
