Wanted to use the restroom before ordering to wash my hands. They looked me up and down and the man, looked to his coworker before she awkwardly made up that it’s broken. Sad to say others have ruined restroom use before ordering and that the employees have to lie about a bathroom being out of use. If your bathroom is out of use don’t allow indoor dining and move to a grab and go model. Needless to say I left without ordering.
The manager is terrible. He's very impetuous and impulsive and impatient with his support who apparently is also his wife, so he told me. That's a conflict of interest. He needs to be replaced.
This store is always professional and on time. I am grateful to be a customer.
