Unpleasent experience. Staff should have costumer service training. She was not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry even though my husband and I were the only ones in the store. Also I am gluten intolerant and they do not had gluten free bread option. I would not go back to that store, even though it is the closet from home
Sabrina was awesome! A solo worker on a Thursday night should have some help, but Sabrina had us in and out with no problems.
It's in Polk County, so no mask mandate, the employees wear their masks, there is plexi- glass between food and people. If you get the meal, you get a large plastic drink cup, and choice of chips or 2 very large cookies, in addition to your Subway sandwich. Mmmmm
