Subway

Incredibly unprofessional. Went in about 3 in the afternoon, and halfway through my order a lady came out from the back and started talking trash about the management and her coworkers to the only other worker there. Right in front of me. Now I know they might have their frustrations about the way the store may being run, but in front of a paying customer. A little tact could be applied there. I understand that this is just a Subway but dang. I expect at least some common sense and self awareness.

Ordered using the APP and this place covered the sub in black olives and I didn't order olives. I explained that I was unable to return the sub that day because I was on the move and miles away. They wanted me to hold on to the sub and return it the following week for another sub "free of charge". I told them I already paid for it, so free of charge don't apply here. Avoid this place. Customer service was as bad as putting olives on the sub. Two thumbs down on this location.

Ordered a salad online. Got it home, there was no lettuce on the salad. Supposed to have guacamole on it, there was none. Took it back up to the store. Got the lettuce, but was told they no longer put guacamole on the Turkey Bacon Guacamole chopped salad. No apology, no compensation, not even an adjusted price for having no guacamole on the Guacamole salad. Ridiculous experience with this Subway. I also tried calling the phone number listed on the website to talk to the manager, got a recording (several times) that the call could not be completed.
