Subway

Was there at around 7:45 the door was locked with a sign that says to press buzzer. The blonde girl inside would not open the door. We were eventually let on by a customer leaving. The girl had everything inside disassembled. When asked if she was closed her boyfriend who was sitting at a table said no she is cleaning. The customer in front of me started her order, but after seeing she did wash her hands and that all the meat and veggies and condiments were stacked out of the cooler and ontop of each other me and the customer behind me walked out. As I sat in the parking lot choosing where else to eat.... I see the customer who was in front of me getting ready to walk out without a sandwich. I then notice the boyfriend of the worker yelling and arguing with this customer getting in her face and then the worker doing the same and when the customer made a call the worker was dragging her boyfriend to the back room I don’t know what this employee was doing or thinking but this was by far

Typical subway restaurant, but with an exceptional staff! Friendly and accomodating, this staff makes sure your sandwich is perfect for you! There are 2 other subways closer to our home, but I try to use this store, even if I have to drive a bit further. I feel good about giving this location my business

Simon was extremely rude to everyone in the store; constantly interrupting and talking over customers. He toasted my subs when I didn’t ask them to be toasted, so I asked him to make them again and not toast them. He argued with me and said he’s too busy for this and I’d have to go to the back of the line and wait until they aren’t as busy for him to remake my subs. Everyone in the store was talking about how rude he was. Absolutely no customer service/people skills whatsoever.
