The person making my sandwich was really nice today. She was sweet and professional. The sandwich was really good and tasted good. Also she warned me about nozzles being out so I didn’t spray myself. That deserve extra points. Good location and I’ve alwAys liked it. Thanks for a good experience
I was not happy with my visit today. The owner contacted me personally, and I am changing my review based on her integrity and concern regarding this. She has assured me it will be addressed. I believe her. I am in Brecksville often and will stop there again.
They are always busy with a line almost out the door. Staff made u fell rushed and get annoyed if you take to long stating what you want. If its winter eating inside is always cold from the draft of the 2 poorly placed doors. Also I know all Subways are this way but why can the customers have napkins at there reach , if u need more than the 1 or 2 rhey might give you youll have to interupt someone else transacrion to ask for more. The only reason I give 2 stars is the interior decor is nice and modern but then again it is Brecksville.
