Subway

I am unable to review this store because every time I go there they are closed early. Sometimes they ignore you and sometimes they come and tell you they're closed. There were 2 employees there making their own sandwiches, I presume, but no one answered the phone when I tried to call. I'm done trying. I will drive back to my old neighborhood Subway. In 12 years they never once turned me away. In 1 year, I've been disappointed multiple times. It's worth the drive to know I'll get what I went for. You lost a customer tonight.

I had the honor of being served by Marcus, who had “owner” embroidered on his shirt. This was lunch time in a small, hot subway and Marcus was not only hustling but training at the same time. It was just he and his associate in the store at that time and not only was Marcus greeting each customer, but patiently training an associate, and baking bread, while also making sandwiches, and topping them. This store got everyone in and out so fast and my sandwich was well made. I love seeing this kind of workmanship and will now on make this my subway of choice when I’m in the area.

My family and I (3) visited on a Sunday at about 1:30pm. There was one employee working, and 4 or 5 people in line ahead of us, as well as a few rude customers who came in after us. I didn't catch her name, but the employee handled everything with grace and politeness. I could tell she was frazzled but only because I've worked at Subways in the past and when there's a line and you're the only employee, it can be rough. We love coming to this location for the cleanliness and the employees. Keep up the fantastic service!
