Kids that work there have a “couldn’t care less” attitude. No one in front of me and couldn’t get any service. Also seemed like the kid was giving a friend free food. Management might need to come by.
I placed an online order at 1:15, said that it would be ready at 1:30. Once I got there, one person was working and there was a line, so I knew that it would take a little longer. The worker finished with the line and then took a 10 minute bathroom break, several customers came and left, before she even started on my sandwiches, which I had to remind her that I was waiting for. While she was making the sandwiches, she stayed talking to the people in line and it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Very disappointed
Ordered a bmt with bacon, didn’t have it and called to complain and they “couldn’t do anything about it” also ordered it as a deluxe… I don’t see double meat… Horrible service. ????????
