Subway

Great service. Friendly staff. All options of meat/veggies available.

We ordered a special through the Subway app. When we arrived they refused to make our food. Apparently their online system was not working but the staff just kept saying "no online orders". So we got charged but never got our food. This is unacceptable. Bad manners of the staff is not acceptable either!

Now, I can understand being tired and having a bad day, having worked in fast food as long as I had, subway taking up 14 years of my service experience as regular sandwich artist and assistant manager, but the way I was talked to and treated was unprofessional. If you don't like your job, find a different one. Don't take your frustrations out on your customer base, because THEY are your lively hood. They're the ones who make it so you have a paycheck. If a customer points out something wrong, don't argue with them. Correct the issue and move on. Formulas are there for a reason. Use them. The man making my sandwich didn't want to follow procedure and threw a temper tantrum because I pointed it out so he slapped a handful of onions in my sandwich and didn't even bother with what was supposed to be in the sandwich per the formula he personally read back to me. Bravo. You sure showed me. Feel better now? You should be glad I wasn't your secret shopper.
