Extremely experienced attentive personnel. Frankly couldn't get better service. This place is worth it. Plus very kind and polite, extremely recommended. Very positive and cool
Horrible Horrible Horrible. Today 4/1/2021 at 9:23 pm we decided to get subway for the family. Rude customer service. Older lady had a horrible attitude with us and other customers. Im sorry we ordered a lot but last time I checked you are getting paid to do so and I know you aren’t that busy. Made us feel like a complete inconvenience. If you don’t like your job than get a new one. Ruined my whole night and on top of that messed up the sub and got real angry when having to remake it. Not our mistake, was their own. Really came down to it should’ve walked out. Won’t go their again that’s for sure!!!!!!!
Way to go to Stacy! Subway don’t loose this one! She was kind, quick yet concise, the food was great, the bread was fresh but best was her GREAT ATTITUDE! When so many people are foul in fast food anymore, she exceeded all expectations at this Barberton Location!
