Counter probably shouldn’t be run by just two people. Line out the door.

Employees are illiterate. They can't read simple instruction. This is the second time I placed an order online and second time they screwed it up. I ordered a cold cut combo and specifically said No Bologna. They gave me a sandwich with Only Bologna. First time I went back, and told them they messed up, they wanted to charge me again for remake, the second time I gave up. They are not too bright. Never order online there!

The staff need a course in sanitation. On 3/25 at about 6:15 pm I stopped to get a pretzel special (3.00). I was charged $3.30 pluse tax. Server had gloves on when I walked up he got my pretzel out, put it in the oven and then while talking to someone in the back room, he placed his gloved hands over the door frame, I asked him to change gloves, he did. Today 3/26 at about 1:30 I stopped for a sandwich. The young man waiting on me did not change gloves between me and the previous customer and the customer after me had to ask him to change his gloves. His hair was also long and was not covered.
