Strat's

The food is good IF, and I do mean IF, they get the order right. This is the 4th time in 5 trips we had to go back because the order was wrong. Order corned beef with NO mustard, and it was covered in mustard (which I am highly allergic to). Ordered a beef with NO peppers and it was loaded with peppers. Ordered 2 fries, yep--got one. Never an apology for getting the order wrong. You think we'd learn by now. NEVER going back again

This place might have been good years ago, but it's certainly not now. The food is massively overpriced, the prices on the printed menu are much lower than you're actually charged. The manager became confrontational when I asked for a receipt and refused to provide one. The only thing I know for sure is my credit card was charged $15.67 for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and the owner of this restaurant told me he thinks that is a reasonable price. But if he truly believes his prices are reasonably, why doesn't he post them?

A friend recommended stopping by here when I was in the area. He said it was an old fashion kind of joint with character. I ordered online to ensure it was ready by the time I got there. (20-30mins after placing order) I ordered the ribeye sandwich, which they were apparently known for, with an added fried egg and an order of onion rings. Inside, the woman behind the pick up window checked and handed me a bag after I gave my name and what I ordered online. I peaked in it on my way out to my car and noticed more than 2 items in the bag so I turned back around and went to the order window and said I believed it was the wrong order. The guy behind the order window took it and asked what I ordered. I told him and he told me that's what was in the bag. I told him I only ordered 1 sandwich and there were clearly 2 in there along with a small Styrofoam container at the bottom. He read off what was wrote on the bag, which wasnt what I ordered but the bag did have my name on it. After
