Stout’s Signature

Our server Kelly was absolutely incredible!! The best service I have ever had backed up with the the most amazing drinks and great food. We just named a favorite liquor, what sorts of flavors we liked and she whipped up a surprise drink and never missed the mark! From tequila with cucumber and jalapeño, to coffee drinks and drinks on fire. We came with a group of 10 and still had excellent service! Highly recommend this place!

Wifey and I tried Stout’s for the first time. As I am alcohol free, I was delighted to see a small selection of mocktails. Wife had the redfish entree, the fish portion was tiny, and the risotto was overcooked and mushy. I had the pork chops. Good but 1 was overcooked the other just right. Bread appetizer was meh. Duck wings were great. Overall the food wasn’t what were used to at this price point. Shauni was our server and was fantastic! Very personable and paced the meal well. Kudo’s to Shauni. Bread pudding was fantastic.

I had the pleasure of dining at Stout's Signature in San Antonio, and the highlight of my evening was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by Carl. From the moment we were seated until the last bite of our delicious meal, Carl's warm and attentive approach made our dining experience truly exceptional. Carl's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he skillfully guided us through the diverse selection of dishes, offering insightful recommendations tailored to our tastes. His attention to detail ensured that our orders were accurate and perfectly prepared. What sets Carl apart, aside from his professionalism, is his genuine hospitality and friendly demeanor. He made us feel like valued guests, always checking in to ensure our needs were met without ever intruding on our conversations. Throughout our meal, Carl exhibited a deep passion for his work, and it was evident that he takes great pride in providing top-notch service. His timing was impeccable, and he anticipated our needs
