We ordered burgers for pick up and inside I found a black long hair !!!! I called them and the customer service or manager or some guy who answered was very rude and told us that if we want our money back we have to go there and give them our food!!!!!! And all he offered was a 15$ gift card! And no apologies or money back. He was very rude! I’d like to rate them 0
The burger is good cooking fundamentals. Every burger lover should come here to understand where a good burger begin. Proper mince, properly seasoned, always the right temp, take an ordinary place and make it something, but this place... Is very cool inside. Great place to go drink.
Our server (I think his name was Edward) was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to help... all positive things. The food was sub-par for the price. The initial presentation of my burger was good but when I bit into it, discovered it to be still very bloody inside (not how I ordered it) and the nachos had very little flavor. Service: great . Burger and nachos: needs work. Mocktail was very good, as was the soup.
