The food and service were both great. They seemed understaffed. Though our waitress was wonderful, I could tell she was just barely able to keep up. Unusual for a Tuesday evening dinner service. Not her fault in the slightest. The restaurant could benefit from a bit more warmth and decor. A bit stark especially inside. Patio was really great! Overall a really good experience and we'll be back for sure!
Super disappointed!!! The braised ribs were burnt and majority fat. $50 for two Burnt braised ribs and sweet potatoes ????. Then I asked for medium well for the Flat iron steak, it was overly well done and kinda tough to eat;also burnt $36 for the steak and burnt Chile peppers. The small $8 cheese biscuits tasted like someone made them that morning and left them sitting on the counter. Our ticket price was $97 which it was completely a disappointment. The establishment looks nice but our food was to go so I didn’t have the opportunity to address the problems. A few comments says their food was salty, ours had no flavor what so ever so. First and last time eating from this establishment.
Wanted to try a new place near home and found Stone House. First impression, it was very crowded and very loud for a Tuesday. We struggled to have a conversation at our table over the speaker in the ceiling behind our table. Other than that it was a good experience. The staff was friendly. We made a reservation so only had to wait a couple minutes for our table. We figured it was a night out and did the whole shebang. Drinks were very tasty. We had the blue crab empanada appetizer which was a little doughy. The entrees were super yummy. Definitely recommend the porkchop. And for dessert we had the most lemony lemon cake. 3 of us shared it and couldn't finish it. Very tasty for someone who craves a tart taste???? Parking: Parking lot was full so we had to park next door.
