Stewart's Shops

There is an older lady that works the counter during the lunch rush. I put in my card to pay, and the card reader was not working. She started saying I cancelled the payment. When I did not. She started getting frustrated with me, on my card not working. It was clearly the card reader, it wasn’t lighting up green at all. Instead of accommodating me and reentering my card over and over, I had no choice but to leave my food there and walk out. The right thing she could have done, was had me step aside and ring me up on another register once she was done helping the another customer. I told her I would put the food back, and she grabbed it!! It seemed like she thought I didn’t want to pay, which was farthest from the truth. The last time I visit this Stewart’s. There is no excuse for blaming a customer for a faulty card reader. It wasn’t even the chip on my card that was throwing it off, her computer was auto cancelling and no green light was populating for insertion.

Stale and moldy hard rolls .. for toasting. And the pre butter hard rolls and rolls with peanut butter on them are so crusty I mean by no means fresh. And your typical Stewart's 3 people working and a line of people playing lottery with one register open And I'm sure they are violating some type of FIRE CODE by stacking make shift shelves in the middle of the walk ways or in front of the doors ....trying to get there impulse buys NEWS FLASH STEWART'S ITS A CONVINCE STORE NOT A CASINO.

Walk in ask for 2 banana splits guy gets super mad starts slamming stuff. Pretty sure he is a manager as well. I turned and walked out. This happens at every stewarts bust especially this one. Don't work at stewarts if serving ice cream to the people who pay for your paycheck makes you so angry. Will never go in again for anything
