Update: We came back after the manager was kind enough to reach out to us, and we are so happy we did!! My wife and I both got the restaurant week menu. We both got the gumbo, which was excellent! My wife got the catfish and loved it, and I ordered the seared duck breast and it was incredible! Cooked perfectly and loved the sides. We ended with a chocolate tart which was a perfect and delicious ending to an incredible meal! Also, a shout out to our awesome server, Nate, who did a great job taking care of us!
Delicious food. Beautiful presentation. Katie was our waitress. She was great! Try the quail. It was fabulous. Crab cakes were moist with a beautiful medley of sweet corn, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. The peach and blackberry upside down cake was so good. It was served with blackberry ice cream. What a wonderful pairing! I can't wait to go back.
Excellent restaurant. We ate outside and really enjoyed our meal. Our server, Jeremiah, did a terrific job. The meal's presentation, taste and even color complimented each other. We are looking forward to our next visit.
