Steam Grill Halal Food

Steam Grill Halal food lost a regular neighborhood customer over their dishonesty and lack of customer service. I just ordered 4 combo's over the phone and when we went to pick them up, we saw a promotion on the window (with pictures) saying "buy two combos, get one free". My husband and toddler went inside to pick up the food. When asked if we can add the free platter to our order, the man (?presumably the manager/owner) said "you can't get it because the way your wife ordered the combo, with all the extra toppings". When he asked me over the phone what toppings I wanted, I literally said "whatever normally comes with the combo". And the irony is that the picture shown in their advertisement actually had more toppings than what was added to our platters (lol). His reasoning is not even intelligent. IF I ordered "all these extra toppings", they would charge extra for it. A combo with extra toppings should not preclude you from receiving the free platter with the normal toppings. I will

The food was beyond my expectations. Believe it or not it is hard to find a brick and mortar store that cooks good chicken/lamb over rice like the food trucks. Keep doing what you doing. Fries and wings were good too.

I find it hard to find a really good halal place and I'm so happy I found this place. I usually get the lamb platter but today I tried the Buffalo wings and they were absolutely delicious. I asked what the secret was and found out the make their own sauces. The deserts are even super tasty. I highly recommend fir anyone and everyone to visit here.
