Food was delicious but….they weren’t Bao Buns. They were pretty big dumplings. Bao Buns are soft white bread with stuffings. These were huge dumplings filled with meat. I liked them but…. Food is great, service is excellent and the place is bright with tons of seating. Here’s the breakdown: Great food +1 star; bright and clean +1 star; excellent service +1 star; fresh and flavorful ingredients +1 star. Me getting dumplings instead of Bao is the only reason it didn’t get five stars. I will go back again! ** Response to owner - i know what Bao are. Eaten them in several places in multiple states. I did not get a Bao bun when I ordered the beef Bao. I’ll take back what I said up there. I won’t return to your business. What you should of said was “Sorry to hear that. Glad you loved the food! Hope when you come back the Bao are to your liking.” or something like that. Telling me I’m wrong or mistaken implies you and your business cannot be. Competition for dollars is fierce. **

Delicious beef noodles and big portion. The beef was so tender and the soup was tasty. I got the pork bao with the lunch combo and it was good, not the best but good. My husband got the seared pork baos and he liked them. We'll be back to try the other menu items. My husband also got a boba tea drink and he said it was good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

So happy to have an authentic, Chinese-inspired food place in town. The taste of the baos and beef shank noodle soup are fragrant and authentic tasting. The staff are friendly and happy at work. Great customer service. There are a lot of bubble tea choices and thankful bubble tea has finally arrived nearby in this area !! The only thing about the savory foods is it is very salty. The flavor is good but with so much salt it is hard to enjoy. If they could cut it down by even 25%, preferably 50-75%, we could appreciate the flavor better.
