Steak UP - Brazilian Fast Casual

Excellent steak and customer service. Food was fresh and well prepared. We were in town for a disney family trip and some shopping. We were after some steak and really appreciated some BBQ veg which is lacking from most other establishments. Photo of kids plate speaks for its self. ????

Was looking for something not fried or full of sodium, so that knocks out alot of the places at the food court at the Florida mall, gave this place a try and got the Brazilian classic which was an 8oz NY strip white rice beans and French fries. I asked if the could sub out the French fries for anything else and they said no, that is only mark against. I wish they would find something a little healthy, even more rice. That would make this whole dish a moderately healthy protein heavy option. That being said everything was very tasty and the meat was not too fatty and was cooked very well with lots of flavor.
