Opened my to go bag & saw this, then realized I didn't get my drink from my combo meal & was told "its self service but we outta cups". Absolutely useless staff...
We ate here a bit ago and this steak & shake was honestly great!!! From the manager (who btw was cooking/serving/talking to EVERY customer and checking in on us) to the rest of staff the service was great! The food was good and didnt have any “old greasy fast food” taste at all… Its sooo refreshing to see a restaurant have such excellent service, especially post covid where people have lost that touch!
All of the food was amazing and by far the best staff ever!! Everybody was so incredibly friendly, Michelle was so kind to help me carry all of my bags and drinks to my car while it was raining. Can’t wait to return!! :)
