Steak 'n Shake

This Steak' n Shake is honestly one of the worst ones I have ever been to. There always seems to be a handful of people working, although I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my order through the drive thru....with one person in front of me. Taking the order should just be a quick transaction and I understand having to wait sometimes, but this was a little ridiculous. Then I waited another 25 minutes to get my food, which was just one meal. This isn't my first experience with this place, however this was my last time. The only plus about this store is the red headed girl at the drive thru who had excellent customer service and was happy to help me, even while under a lot of stress. Someone needs to give that girl a raise!

Went for lunch, so it wast too busy. A waitress was with us immediately and did a good job at keeping our drinks filled and was very friendly. Our food was ready in under 5 minutes and tasted good. Best experience at a steak and shake that I've had in a long time.

Let me just say this was the worst trip I have ever had there. I sat in line for 20 minutes to get nothing but a burger that I didn't order. Let me just add they were not busy once so ever! I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and got a Swiss burger and no mushrooms the skimpiest burger I have ever seen! Very very disappointed!
