Steak 'n Shake

Milkshakes were great. Wait was a bit long. Very polite and accommodating. Could do a little better with making sure the cups are wiped off prior to handing it through the window & making sure to provide napkins & spoons.

We ordered by Uber it should be noted that we gave a expensive hamburger meal, receive the order, the food isn’t similar to the picture menu, was cold, and the tea was very bad because was a mix between tea and water, not recommended

Used the steak and shake app to order. They gave my order to someone else. Told me to go home and call the app. I had to pay a second time to get food. Phone number doesn't work. I called the restaurant and no answer. Went back twice to finally talk to the owner. After 3 days and hours of back and forth I finally convinced them to give me a gift card for the amount I lost because they gave my food away. Never ever use the app again. All these people are ignorant and incompetent.
