I was very impressed by the post COVID change they gave to one of my favorite restaurants. The cashiers and waitresses disappeared, now everything is digital and the only people there are those who cook and the counter. The atmosphere of a typical American restaurant has disappeared. They are now next to Mcdonalds and Wendy's. I'm gonna miss the old Steak & Shake
Meals were self select on touchscreens at entrance to restaurant. Friendly personal greeting upon entry ready to assist with touchscreens if needed. Food came out quickly and accurately. Everyone loved their selections. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.
Despite me having problems with my mobile app and looking completely lost in the waiting line, the staff was so nice and accommodating and I had a wonderful time. I will definitely be going back in the future!
