Really phenomenal experience tonight here. Our food was exceptional and we spoke with 3 employees who were all really really friendly and pleasant. We were really impressed with the food and the service. This restaurant was fast, clean, tasty, and we'll be back a whole lot more often now. Thank you to the employees who made everything efficient and delicious! (And Barrett says thanks for the great hotdog he chomped down on!) Kid-friendliness: Perfect sized kids meals with plenty of healthy options of all different sizes!
it's a nice place but does not seem really clean. like they clean just enough. food is made to order so that's a plus but fries do not stay hot very long. I always get the garlic double steak burger and it's almost always good but the last time I took my girls there we both had stomach aches the next morning. it's an OK place to stop in for something quick.
Greeted as I came in. Really enjoy the self serve kiosk system. Food was served fast and fresh as well as good tasting. I was also checked up on to make sure everything was okay with my order. I was skeptical about Steak n' Shake and it's menu changes until now. They seemed to have streamlined things from how it used to be done and it is working.
