Slow AF! I was there waiting for a DoorDash and another woman (also doing DoorDash) and I had already been standing there for 5 minutes and by the time they finally assisted us we knew each other's full life story and all about our kids and long distant relatives. This place is trash. Lunch meal. And they just short you on the fries $15 meal burger, fries, large drink & regular shake.
So since pandemic steak n shake has changed. You place order thru a tablet by the doors or thru app. No waitress comes to table ever so when asked for tip I'm a bit confused for what...... Cheese burgers are still good unless you add the garlic spread......ugh. Onion rings are decent.
