Steak 'n Shake

Ordered two shakes along with food. Both shakes had a burnt taste to them and were deemed inedible by both of us. Very disappointing as steak n shake is a loved destination for us.

Ordering at the drive thru wasn’t terrible, until we got to the window. The guy who greeted us at the window was very rude and seemed unhappy with his life and job. We kindly asked for a receipt and and he rudely commented back that it was already in his hand. We told him to have a nice day and he shut the window fast. When we didn’t think it could get any worse, my friend’s burger ended up having a curly, black hair inside of it! She still ate it anyways because we didn’t want to deal with that guy again. Giving this place an extra star just because the shakes were absolute gas????????

Went to pick up my online order and saw no cars in the drive thru (nor inside) so I was he only customer there. Figured I’d go through the drive thru since I had my dog with me. The guy at the drive thru would not give me my food, he told me I had to walk inside and get it. (Yes I’m peeved off that they made me walk in when there were probably 5 employees twiddling thumbs when I walked in.) not to mention they messed up my food too.
