Food has gone down hill! Fresco burger bread changed to regular bread. No baked beans or chicken choices. You order your food on Kiosk, pick your food up in plastic baskets, get your own drink. Only good was the fries. I will not be coming back after 40 years of going to steak and shake. Shame on them.

Haven't been since pre-pandemic. The food is still good, but otherwise it might as well be McDonald's. The staff was friendly but everything was self service except the grill. Kiosks for ordering, self-service drink machines, and carry your food to your own table. I appreciate the effort to keep costs down, but this was not at all the experience I was expecting.
