Steak 'n Shake

Pulled up and a worker was out back smoking, I didn’t think much about it because everyone deserves a break. There was a cone blocking drive thru so we parked and went in. We walked in and there was no other customers. There was a young worker sitting in the dining room on his phone. The worker that was out back when we pulled up was in the kitchen on her phone. We put our order in on the kiosk. Looked for a table and I kid you not, there was not any clean tables, the floor was absolutely disgusting. I went to get my drink and there was no ice in the machine so I asked the man who was cooking for ice. The girl on her phone did not budge. I went to the drink station and it looked like it hasn’t been wiped down all day. My husband wiped down a table, our food came and it was good. My husband asked about his milk shake he ordered. The same man who made our food went and made it. He was the only person working. I have never been in such a nasty restaurant in my life. Who is the franchise o

Me and a few of my friends went in and it took almost an hour for them to make our food. We also waited for our milkshakes that we ordered but it took so long we had to have them to go. Never going to this location again

I miss the old style steak and shake but food is exceptional for the price. They could be the In-N-Out Burger of Florida if they make just a couple changes. I hope they survive in this environment after the changes that they made.
