Great experience here. Place was very clean, and food was great. It was hot and delicious. The kiosks were down, but the manager took our order and was very polite. One of the better Steak ‘n Shake experiences I’ve had.

Today was my 1st time in a very very long time that I had a great experience with steak and shake. The lady at the window was a very polite the food came very quick And was hot and fresh. I was done with steak and shake but today's experience made me want to come again and hopefully the experience is like this throughout the whole day and not just at the time I came Which was lunchtime by the way and service was fast food was hot and staff was very nice.
