Station One Smokehouse

We got a chopped brisket and sliced brisket here. Both are $14 each for half pound of meat. The "huge" fries we got from the menu were $6 (they are more like regular size instead of huge). Elotes medium size was $6. Did not taste authentic but was good enough. Total with tax: $43.69 (Entire tray pictured in the review) Brisket was served warm not hot. That's why I had to take one star off. Could have been much better if it was served ???? hot. Good pop songs and good vibes in this place. String of ceiling lights gives the whole place a warm glow. A full bar where you can sit and watch any of the three TVs on the wall in front - usually playing sports programming. It's a nice casual family & friends type of atmosphere. You order from the menu at the counter, get your food right there as you wait and sit down at any available table just like a Chipotle. Paper towel rolls are tethered to each table. Our food was not as messy but I guess they must have stuff on the menu where you would go

Man! Came here today and got the brisket and pastrami. Both fire! But that pastrami is a mad man! And elote and cornbread both magnificent! Hot Damn!!! Go here and get full! The staff was friendly too!

Love this place for BBQ in Plainfield. A little pricey, but we’ll worth it. Only been here a few times, but each time the food was awesome. I’ve gone with the pulled pork sandwich with hot links on it too. Cole slaw for my side to put on the sandwich and eat on the side. They have a great menu and tons of seating inside and out on their patio. Highly recommended for BBQ in Plainfield.
