Starbucks

Cashier seemed to have one speed and it wasn't fast. One barista had to leave post to take orders in cashiers place and the line went across the store. I stood waiting on my food, only to find out that she threw it up on the counter without letting me know it was there. I was standing next to online orders. I guess I'm spoiled by my usual Starbucks crew because they're awesome. Everyone else at this store was nice, but I couldn't understand either why BOTH bathrooms were being cleaned at 9am so no one could use them. SMH

The staff are fine coffee is the same as any other starbucks but the layout of the place needs improvement. I wish there were more and bigger tables to get work done. If you are wanting to sit down and get work done, I recommend going elsewhere.

The new barista; if she is even half of a barista with curly hair pony tail and glasses; has to be the most incompetent and rude staff member I have ever seen and deal with! Has star bucks really stopped investing in training in client servicing? I am ashamed to call this my hometown statbucks!
