Starbucks

I was in line 10 minutes and only one car was served! I ended up having to drive out of the line after 15 minutes to avoid being late for an appointment. At their rate of service it would have taken me over 30 minutes to get my coffee and that’s unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of people like Cole and Jill who brighten my day every time I see them there. If the delay is due to management short-staffing the shift, then they need to either adequately staff it or close it down and consolidate with a nearby location.

Literally. This is my home Starbucks and they amaze me and totally make my day. Cole, Theodora, Maggie, Tim and the rest of the prospect plaza crew always are helpful, kind, happy to see you and always giving wonderful suggestions when I want to switch up my coffee order. Unfortunately I don’t always get to stop by my home Starbucks do to where I work but when I do, I am so happy I did! ????

This is my favorite Starbucks ever! Went way out of their way to fix a mobile phone order that I had made for pickup. But I mistakenly placed the order for pickup at the wrong Starbucks location. When I drove up to the Window , the lady looked at my phone and saw I was at the wrong store. Without hesitation, and without any coaxing, she filled the order and brought it out to my car. The whole situation was handled perfectly. What competent and pleasant people to deal with These guys are my favorites no doubt about it. I will be back. Starbucks, these folks serve your franchise well!
