Starbucks

Convenient location however I have had trouble with staff putting on lids properly, horrible bug problem inside. KEEP RAISING PRICES. My normal combo latte and breakfast item cost 8 something then raised it to $9.12 now very next day it’s $9.44. Then when I ask about it says they don’t know why.. I just have to pay more today. Kids working there just laugh in your face.

Clean, brand new store. The staff is very friendly, but the music is SO LOUD! My watch is measuring 72dB!! Crazy. I’ve asked the staff to turn it down, but they don’t seem to actually do it. Unfortunately when they designed the shop they put all the speakers out where the customers are but none back where the staff is. I think in order for them to hear it they have to crank it super loud. The Severna Park Starbucks is always packed with people studying and working. This one is always empty I’m pretty sure because the music is ridiculously loud.

Comfortable seating, fast and friendly staff, relaxing decor and surroundings. Only negative is that the music is so loud it feels like I'm inadvertently intruding on an impromptu concert. Fortunately I could stand outside under the awning to participate in a virtual meeting while avoiding the rain.
