Call ahead to see if they are even open when you attempt to go. When they are open the drive thru is incredibly slow. Their doors were open today and when I walked up they told me they aren’t serving drinks or food and just stared at me like I was crazy for going in at 4:00 pm ?? I don’t know how this Starbucks is even still in business.

I just started going to this Starbucks, and I tried REALLY HARD to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I have gone, my frozen drink is WARM, melted and watery like it was just sitting. I always use the drive through so I know it’s supposed to be “made to order”. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I will not waste my money at a place where workers can’t do their jobs correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to the next exit and get Starbucks from Eastgate.
