the food and coffee was good, but i waited an hour for my food to come out and found out someone had taken it. then i wasn’t able to get the correct sandwich i ordered because they ran out. i got a cheaper sandwich and was not given back any money.

Let me start by saying I love this Starbucks it’s convenient and always taste great BUT for the sake of the world we live in today it’s become apparent that cleanliness and proper drink handling isn’t taught during orientation. This is now the 6th or 7th time I’ve been where my drink has been handed to me from my lid instead of holding the cup properly. Also, staff nails or hands will be unclean to the human eye while handing me my drink with the hands around my lid (where my lips are to go to enjoy my morning cup). It’s getting out of hand. Please communicate to staff to not hand out drinks in such a manor.
