Starbucks

Middle aged female supervisor was working the morning of august 24th. The younger boy working the register was nice and friendly but when he asked this woman how to ring up a pumkin cold brew refill she came over and gave me the nastiest look. Wanted to charge me for the foam and sweetener in the refill which I’ve never been charged. As she’s ringing it in she says she can’t touch my cup which is fine but she doesn’t even ask how I originally ordered it. Which was no ice and extra sweetener. I’m walking a long way back to my place and don’t like the ice melting and ruining the drink. But she Just keeps glaring at me. I say I would like it with out the foam this time and she again gives me a mean look and I’m Super uncomfortable and can’t even tell her how else I like it. She ends up making my refill herself but didn’t put in any sweetener even tho she charged me for it. added a ton of ice and overall it tasted horrible. And I felt I did something wrong. I think I’ll avoid this Starbuc
