Friendly staff but I wish the carry out customers would get in and out just as quick as the drive thru but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be any faster.
My brother is also a Starbucks barista and every time we go to this Starbucks they mess something up. The people are always nice but even when we ordered a tea it was made with 2 tea bags and not 1. Always have issues:(
This location is frequently Drive-Thru Only (DTO) and you don't know this until you get to the front door. Today, I walked there from my office only to find this to be the case. Was told I couldn't order from the drive-up window. I used to visit this location multiple times a week. In future, I'll stop at one of the other locations I pass on my way to work. There are others who are interested in my patronage.
