Starbucks

I have modified my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. This location has gone from 5 to 3. Most of the staff is friendly and we visit this location a few times a week so we are very familiar. On to the issue that has been reoccurring for the last month at least. The coffee is lukewarm at best...just the regular, basic, coffee...what they are known for...we have gone at different times of day/morning and it is so consistent that we run to the Chevron next door to put it in the microwave there to heat it to a hot temperature. We have asked them at the drive thru to fix it and are met with varying degrees of customer service. We have decided, on several occasions, to just pull to the front of the store and go in and get it fixed when they are busy so not to hold up the line. We would hate to be seen as "Karens" as the modern day vernacular might have you believe lest there be a viral video out of the moment. We have spoken to a manager about how we can better order our basic beverage

Ordered my usual coffee a hot white chocolate mocha and drove up to the window. Then received my drink and it was not even close to full, not hot at all and no receipt was given to me. Very disappointing

Been going here weekly for about 2 years! Previous staff members new me by name. Current staff members are so friendly and always make small talk! I highly recommend this location !
