Starbucks

I was refused service at my favorite star bucks today. I walked with my daughter to get a coffee but the dining room was closed so we waited by the drive through ordering sign. After waiting 5 minutes and helloing at the speaker we figured we were ignored, so we walked to the window and waved to a worker inside. It was a slow spell with no cars around so I thought they just hadn’t noticed us. They were ignoring us on purpose because we weren’t in a car! They said it was against company policy to serve walk up ppl. They wouldn’t take my money and they wouldn’t let me in the door in the front…so we walked home. Wow!

I enjoyed my slice of peanut butter cheesecake so much...I bought the whole thing!

The way they treat Uber and door dash drivers is despicable! Everytime I attempt to go here the order is already over 20 minutes old. When you ask about the order they get an additude right away and it's really uncalled for. Despite it being an Uber customer they deserve the same treatment as drive thru or walk in. The employees prioritize drive thru and walk in over delivery orders and it makes the delivery late. I have never successfully picked up an order from this store for the customers. I have no issue at any of the other Starbucks in the area. It was 27 minutes old when I left and every time I asked for a time frame the employees basically verbally shamed me for asking about it and said they would get to it when they get to it. The customer ended up waiting even longer in the end because I left to take other delivery offers. The employees behaviour is uncalled for. They are the ones taking so long it's not my fault they are too slow and I'm just trying to get the customers order
