Starbucks

Every time I come in here it’s something. A guy was sitting on THE COUNTER WHILE MAKING THE DRINKS! We are all supposed to have mask on & they did not inform this lady to wear one. They never make the drinks in order & they always get something wrong. This is why I never come to this Starbucks. Please do better. Manager needs to hire better people.

Had a new barista in training today who was still learning the ropes but he and the two other baristas who were training him were great. All three had excellent customer service!

This location was out of alot of breakfast sandwiches staff was a little rude..tried to come back 3 weeks later and this time they were out of Pink Drinks and no siracha for my sandwich..On top of that the guy ahead of me who already had his order took up the tellers time and instead of dismissing him they held a 5 minute conversation til i was recognized for me to order..as a nurse from out of state i enjoy finding local businesses to appreciate...I wont be back to this location..3 strikes youre out..i highly recommend retraining staff on how to talk to guests or ordering food/drinks ahead of time to properly stock this establishment..
