Starbucks

I used to order there often online, once I order online I was waiting for my drink, Frappuccino, several minutes. Only one person was at the front receiving an order, the others were at the back chatting. My drink was melting, my dog was outside, so I got tired of waiting and just got my drink that I clearly read my name on it and got yelled from the only person working , she yelled at me not to touch the drink and wait, super rude! Horrible experience. Instead of calling her coworkers to stop chatting and help with the service

Very friendly and welcoming staff!! This location is always clean. The staff is helpful and great at recommending substitutions and drinks when they are out of something. The outdoor space and amount of seating is also really nice.

Super nice peeps. This Starbucks is in an affluent neighborhood. The other day I couldn't find my Starbucks app password and was low on cash. The man didn't make me feel like a germ or as if I was inconvenient and a hassle. He just helped other folks kindly til I found my cash. Then restarted my order with no snide comments or behavior. Much appreciated.
