Friendly employees. Drinks and food were good. 4 stars due to the fact that there is a display of all their syrups making it seem like you can purchase any of them you want. When attempting to purchase was told I could only buy the vanilla flavor. There needs to be a sign stating only vanilla is available for purchase; or remove all the other flavors.

Coffee was amazing, however Susan, the employee who took our order, was BEYOND rude. I am not sure how they can have a front of the line position as they should not be talking to others. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location as no one should be treated this way; especially when it’s a paying customer.

Was in a hurry, went through the drive thru tonight, ordered a venti caramel macchiato, left got a mile away & when I drank it, it was literally like sugar creamer water.. worst ever & I didn't have time to go back. Nothing about this was a macchiato (pics)& it wasn't even full, so no clue how they wouldn't know what they served.
