Starbucks

Was here at 3pm on a Saturday. Only 4 cars in front of me and waited in the drive thru for 24 minutes. They were out of every lunch and snack option and said there were only breakfast sandwiches. This place did not come anywhere close to what I’ve come to know and appreciate about most Starbucks locations. On several occasions now, anytime I’ve walked in, I’ve had to stand and wait an inordinate amount of time until someone begrudgingly acknowledged my existence. And in my most recent visit, I had to listen to them loudly complaining about their customers to one another. Nothing welcoming or professional or kind about this - and I left feeling worse than I arrived. Won’t be giving this location another visit.

Went into the store to get coffee, snack and use restroom. The store has turned into basically an express location for pick up and drive thru only. No bathrooms or tables. Also out of rice krispies, the only GF treat they offer. Will not go back to this location. Also not handicap/disabled friendly. Was told I should walk down through rocks to another parking lot to a grocery store to find a bathroom.
