This is the first time Coming to a Starbucks and regretting going in it. A employee named Andy decided to want to belittle me and make me feel like I was worthy enough to come to a Starbucks. He was unwelcoming and didn’t know his customer service rules. He took a 20.00 dollar bill and marked it to see if it was real bc he thought I would give home a fake. Thank God I don’t need to do that and then gave me cold coffee. Very terrible experience and really de service just rude.

Pros. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Fast service. Cons. Mobile orders are frequently disabled so you can’t preorder your drink. No drive through.
