Starbucks

This Starbucks is great and fast paced, I just wish they would top an iced matcha latte with more milk or something. I’m not angry at all I just hate to pay 5 bucks for a drink that’s not full.

It's a Starbucks, so like every other Starbucks in creation it's the same corporate product as everywhere else. There are about a dozen family owned coffee houses withing 10 minutes. If you are going to spend your money on 50 cents of beans and water, you may as well patronize a place that is locally owned and operated. Another irritating problem with the billion dollar coffee shop is you cannot get an almond or amaretto latte, it's "toffee nut crunch" or "schnozzberry blast" because you cannot trademark "almond" what IS exceptional is the staff, they are great, should unionize, and demand $30 and hour because every time I am forced to go there they are super pleasant, accommodating, and produce a consistently good product despite being extreme busy.

I’m a regular here and I have never had any issues. Today, I went over during the normal business hrs at this location to place a order. It looked closed, which was surprising. I saw a employee walking inside the store front and I politely asked “hey? Are you open?” She smirked and looked down and quickly locked the door. I said hey, I’m sorry I am just curious are you guys permanently closed? and she ran inside and was laughing with all the staff in the store. Instead of answering my question. My daughter is a employee at Starbucks (different location) so I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect. That infuriated me, so rude and lack of customer service. I asked a simple question and instead was laughed at and ignored. Looked like this location was emptying out the store into pods. I will never come back to this location after today. As someone in the service industry, a simple “no we are closed would have sufficed.” Pretending I didn’t exist and laughing as you locked the door
