Stacks Tinley Park

Usually go to the Chicago heights location but decided to try this one out. Came in and waited patiently until I saw multiple groups come in and be seated well after I arrived. Shortly after complaining, my party was seated at a dirty table. Someone came to clean it. Waitress was nice but she forgot our order and came back to the table to place our order again. Inconvenient. Brought out coffee in a filthy container. Overall very displeased with service and cleanliness of location. Photo is after I wiped the coffee container off. Disgusting!!!

Christina was amazing. She was pleasant and happy personality brighten my mood. The food was more than I expected. It was very good. Great place to start your day. Thanks Chris for making my stacks worth it all the way from Detroit!

I totally get they’re short staffed. I was pretty patient. However after waiting 10 minutes to get a coffee cup (our waitress came to table with syrup, no cup, said she’d be right back with one) I went to hostess to get one. Food was horrible! Omelette was nasty, burnt, completely inedible. Potatoes were cold like they sat out a while. Thank goodness I had a side of pancakes. It was the only part of the meal that was edible. When asked how things were I said omelette was horrible. I got an “I’m sorry “ Still charged $14.99 for it. Our waitress didn’t ask if anything was wrong either. The entire omelette/potatoes on plate and no take home containers asked for. I’d question what was wrong. Definitely not going back here. And they pancake we ordered for my granddaughter, well let’s just say they made it how they wanted. Not at all the way it was described on menu.
