Ordered a breakfast sandwich for takeout on Friday 8/26/22 at approximately 9:50am. They put it up in the counter and called my name. So I picked it up and took it to work with me. Once I got to work I opened it only to find a muffin top and a muffin. Tried several times to call the cafe and no one answered. This is the second time this has happened, but the first time I tried to rectify it. Don’t think I’ll be back to this cafe in Kennerly!!!
Food was 45 minutes late, cold, and was missing a sandwich. Spent 30 minutes trying to reach the store by phone with no success. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Very friendly and kind staff. The kiosk seems to have some issues but the professionalism of the staff makes up for that. If you let them know you ordered from the kiosk they can find it pretty quickly. They were very nice and gave me a free pastry for the inconvenience
